JAPFA for Kids Program Dashboard

Initiated in 2008, JAPFA for Kids is a long-running social investment program aimed at improving children's health and nutritional outcomes through integrated school-based interventions. The program has scaled significantly, reaching 29 provinces, 109 regencies/cities, and over 224,000 students. Since 2022, the program has adopted a more targeted approach to address malnutrition, supported by a structured data system to systematically capture and monitor nutritional status improvements.

I developed an interactive dashboard that integrates data on geographic coverage, beneficiary schools, student examinations, and nutritional status (baseline vs. endline). The dashboard combines maps, time-series trends, and comparative charts to provide a comprehensive and data-driven view of program performance.

Key Result
The program demonstrates strong impact on improving nutritional outcomes, with 45%–78% of malnourished students successfully transitioning to well-nourished status annually since 2022. This is further supported by a consistent decline in endline malnutrition figures each year. The scale of impact is amplified through the engagement of more than 220,000 students, highlighting the program's effectiveness in delivering sustainable, large-scale social impact.

Perempuan Nusantara Monitoring Dashboard

Perempuan Nusantara is a women's community located around the PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk business units, empowered by the Social Investment Department. Currently, five business unit regions have active women's communities that transform waste into soap and eco-enzymes.

I built an interactive dashboard with real-time monitoring capabilities, integrating participant, location, and waste processing data into a single view. The dashboard uses time-series analysis, location comparisons, and top-contributor insights, supported by dynamic filters for fast, responsive data exploration.

As of the latest update, the dashboard reflects ongoing participation and waste processing activities across multiple locations, with data continuously evolving in real time.

The Leuser Lens — Menjaga Kawasan Ekosistem Leuser dengan Visualisasi

The Leuser Lens highlights forest cover loss in Aceh, especially within the Leuser Ecosystem. Despite its ecological importance, the area faces ongoing deforestation, land conversion, and wildlife threats. This project brings together forest loss and wildlife crime data into a single data narrative.

A data-driven dashboard combining spatial and temporal analysis — visualizing forest cover change (2017–2024) and wildlife crime cases (2020–2024) using time series, maps, and comparative charts to show patterns and relationships between deforestation and biodiversity threats.

Key Result
Aceh lost ~82.9K hectares of forest over 8 years — 10K+ hectares in 2024 alone. 76 wildlife crime cases in 5 years, with tigers as the most targeted species and Gayo Lues as the critical hotspot.
